1/2 med. head cabbage
1 sm. carrot
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar

Grate cabbage and carrot. Dissolve sugar in milk. Add Miracle Whip and blend well. Pour over cabbage and carrot. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
