WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 c. wild rice, uncooked 1 onion, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 c. white wine 2 tbsp. butter 1 qt. chicken broth Salt & pepper to taste Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 2 hours. May be prepared in advance. Freezes well. |
