CHIMACHANGAS 
2 lbs. hamburger
16 oz. Ortega refried beans
2 c. grated American cheesepkg. egg roll wraps
1 egg
1 pkg. Ortega taco seasoning

Brown hamburger and drain off fat. Put seasoning into hamburger and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for about 5 minutes with lid on. Beat egg in a small bowl; add 1 teaspoon water. Take an egg roll wrap. Dip fingers into egg and spread it around the edges of wrap. Put a spoonful of refried beans onto wrap and spread out in the center. Put a spoon of taco meat onto the beans then sprinkle cheese on top of meat. Wrap by taking one corner of wrap and put over meat then fold each side in. Pull top down to cover and seal. Deep fat fry on high or medium high about 1 minute. Makes 1 dozen.
