FLAN 
6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
3-4 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. sugar

1. Mix all ingredients except the sugar, in the blender.

2. Melt sugar in low heat and in a deep pan. After sugar is melted, rotate pan so that you coat the pan up to the top. Put aside for a few minutes, then put mix in.

3. Take another big pan and fill with water so that the water covers the deep pan about half way. Now put to bake in oven at 325 degrees for an hour.

4. Take out of oven and let it cool, then flip it over into a large plate or pie plate.
