PIGS IN A BLANKET 
Thin sliced round steak or thick steak in which you cut pockets in each piece
Bacon
Onion or onion flakes

Cut round steak in serving size pieces. Salt and pepper one side of steak. Cut uncooked bacon in small pieces, placing some on top of each salted side of round steak. Add some onion if desired. Fold steak over enclosing onion and bacon inside and close with toothpick. Brown steak in skillet. Make gravy with brownings. Bake steaks in gravy for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325 degrees.
