ROLLS WITH YEAST 
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 cakes yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. scalded milk
2/3 c. sugar

Blend together and cool.

2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Beat with electric beater and let it all stand 1/2 to 1 hour - then add 4 cups of flour. Knead and let raise until double, make into rolls and raise again. Bake at 300 degrees. Makes 3 or 4 dozen.
