SHRIMP-OYSTER COCKTAIL 
12 fresh shrimp, cooked and shelled
12 shucked oysters, halved
1 c. cocktail sauce
1 med. avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped
1 sm. tomato, seeded and chopped (1/2 c.)
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Leaf lettuce
Assorted crackers
Lemon wedges

Cut shrimp into bite size pieces, if necessary. In a large mixing bowl combine shrimp, oysters, cocktail sauce, avocado, tomato, onion, lime juice, parsley, jalapeno pepper, hot pepper sauce and garlic. Cover and chill for several hours stirring occasionally. Serve in individual lettuce lined dishes with crackers and lemon wedges. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
