CHICKEN MARENGO 
8 browned chicken breasts
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 onion, sauteed in butter
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Put sliced fresh mushrooms on top 10 minutes before baking time is up. Serve over rice.
