QUICK CHICKEN MARENGO | |
2 lbs. chicken pieces, skinless 1 can tomato soup, condensed 1 can golden mushroom soup, condensed 12 sm. onions (pearl size) (chopped may be substituted) 2 tbsp. cooking oil In skillet brown chicken in oil about 5 minutes; drain. Add onions, tomato soup and mushroom soup. Cover and cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and simmer an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. |
