MA'S PUMPKIN PIE 
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. condensed milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Separate eggs and combine yolks with all other ingredients in iron skillet. Cook over moderate heat until thickened. Remove from heat to cool to lukewarm.

Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and then fold into cooled mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Serve with whipped cream.
