PUMPKIN DIP 
4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream cheese and sugar, cream together real good. Add other ingredients and mix well. Place in air tight container and refrigerate. Makes 7 cups. Serve with ginger snaps or graham crackers.
