2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 egg whites
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix 2 cups water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar in boiler. Bring to boil. Cook until forms a hard ball in cup of cold water. While it cooks, beat 2 egg whites until stiff. When cooked, pour slowly while beating egg whites again. Pour in nuts and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Drop out with spoon in small drops. Cool.
