AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections (or 3 oranges)
1 1/3 c. Bakers Angel Flake coconut
2 bananas, sliced
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained

Combine oranges, coconut, bananas, and pineapple in serving bowl; chill. Garnish as desired. Makes 6 servings.

Suggestions: Strawberries, seedless grapes, sliced peaches or blueberries.
