NO FALL SOUFFLE 
1 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated cheese
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch cayenne pepper

Scald milk in double boiler, then pour over bread crumbs. Add cheese, stir in beaten egg yolks and seasoning. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into mixture. Put in casserole and bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Fool proof! 4 servings.
