HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In small microwave pan blend cocoa and sugar. Stir in milk. Add butter and salt. Cook in microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and cover another minute. Stir in vanilla and serve hot over ice cream.
