SAUTEED PORK WITH GINGER | |
3/4 lb. pork, thinly sliced 2 tbsp. vegetable oil DIPPING SAUCE: 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. sake (Japanese rice wine) 2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger Mix dipping sauce ingredients. Cut pork into 2-inch pieces and steep in sauce for 10 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan and saute pork, spreading out the slices, over high heat until slightly brown. Then turn and saute at medium heat. Add remaining sauce and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. |
