12 slices bacon, crisply fried
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. onion
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat mixture 1 minute. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
