DANOLA BACON - CHEESE PIE 
12 slices precooked Danola bacon
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk (whole milk)

Fry bacon over low heat until crisp. Drain on paper toweling. Place 6 slices in bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into pie. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until almost set in center. Top with remaining bacon slices. Let cool for 15 minutes. Serves 6.
