3/4 c. reg. rice 1 can mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. water Parsley flakes 4-6 pieces uncooked chicken (breasts or legs) 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup Mix rice, mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, and parsley flakes. Pour into well buttered casserole. Lay uncooked chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with Lipton's onion soup mix over all. Seal tightly with foil. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Do not test or peek! |
