BEAN POT CHICKEN 
4 chicken legs and thighs
2 whole chicken breasts
2 tbsp. minced onion
6 tbsp. butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 can mushroom soup

Place chicken, onion, butter and lemon juice in electric bean pot or crock pot; cover. Cook on low heat for seven hours or until tender. Strain liquid; combine with mushroom soup. Pour over chicken. Heat in pot and serve.
