CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box chicken flavored Rice-a-Roni
1 fryer, cooked and boneless
1 stick butter
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 can mushrooms, drained and sliced

Saute onions, pepper and celery in butter. Cook pasta as directed on package. Mix all together and put into greased casserole. Mix in chicken that has been diced or slivered. Top with 1 cup grated cheese mixed with 6 butter type crackers, crushed. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
