CHEWY NUT BARS 
2 c. peanuts or sunflower seeds
5 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. molasses
Raisins, carob powder, or sesame seeds are optional

Grind nuts or seeds to the consistency of flour (blender or food processor); stir in honey and molasses. Add raisins or seeds before pressing into greased baking pan; or after patting mixture into a pan, sprinkle with carob powder and sesame seeds.

Chill mixture and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze. Serves 2 1/2 dozen.
