CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
4-5 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. frozen cauliflower
1 lb. shredded cheese
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. bag frozen onion rings

Lightly oil bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put in layers; bread crumbs, cauliflower, onion and cheese. Repeat with same 4 ingredients. Cover with mushroom soup (undiluted). Arrange onion rings neatly to cover top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until cauliflower is tender.
