FRESH GRILLED TOMATOES 
3 lg. tomatoes
4 tsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 tsp. melted butter
6 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Wash and cut tomatoes in half. Place cut side up. Brush tomatoes with melted butter. Sprinkle about 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt and 1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese over tomatoes. Cook at medium temperature for about 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings with 70 calories each.
