RICE PILAF 
1 c. beef consomme
1 c. water
1 c. white rice
1 stick butter
12 green onions with tops
Pinch of oregano
1 lb. mushrooms (canned or fresh)
Salt and pepper

Melt butter in pan, saute onions and mushrooms until transparent. Add salt, oregano and pepper. Add rice, let soak in butter for 4-5 minutes. Put in casserole with consomme and water. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
