EASY LEMON PIE 
1 graham cracker pie shell
2 eggs
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Prepare graham cracker pie crust as instructed on graham cracker box. Separate egg yolks, beat egg yolks until thick. Add sweetened condensed milk, beat together. Fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip. Put in pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff, add 3 tablespoons sugar. Put on top of pie, bake at 450 degrees until brown. Put pie in freezer for 6 hours. Take out of freezer 10 minutes before serving.
