1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. orange juice
1 finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. brandy

Mix all ingredients with a folding motion.

This sauce is good over oranges, pineapple, grapefruit, bananas or strawberries. This sauce tastes much better than the ingredients suggest.
