BLUEBERRY CRISP 
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, chilled
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
Vanilla ice cream, optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Blend in butter with a pastry cutter until crumbly. Place blueberries in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle crumb mixture over them. Bake about 20 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
