BLUEBERRY CRISP 
4 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 egg

1. Mix blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon juice and cinnamon together. 2. Pour mixture into pie dish (sheet cake pan). 3. Mix topping ingredients together and pour over mixture. 4. Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
