ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (12 oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. parsley
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix together. Pour in small casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Great used on crackers.
