ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
