FLUFF DESSERT 
1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip
2 single serve flavored yogurts (I use Yoplait apple turnover)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. butterscotch instant pudding
2 to 3 medium size red apples

In a medium to large size mixing bowl, mix yogurt and instant pudding with Cool Whip and mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour.

Cut and peel apples without core and seeds. Cut into small pieces, about 1/2-inch long and thin. Add fruit, mix and serve.

Note: Adding fruit more than 1 hour before serving can cause fruit to be mushy and not crisp.

Variation: Mix and match different yogurt, pudding and fruit for other flavors.
