OMELET 
1 c. egg substitute
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. skim milk
2 tsp. corn oil

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat all on high for 5 minutes. Heat corn oil in heavy skillet over low heat. Cook without stirring 5 minutes. Place skillet in oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Fold over and serve.
