FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
2 c. plain flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. oil 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 lb. can fruit cocktail, undrained Beat sugar, oil, and eggs together. Add flour, soda, and salt. Add fruit cocktail and beat well. Pour into greased 11 x 14 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. See "Icing For Fruit Cocktail Cake". |
