QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
8 slices crisp bacon
Crumbled pastry for 1 crust pie, unbaked
3 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. powdered mustard

Sprinkle cheese and bacon into pastry lined pan. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over cheese and bacon. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until firm and lightly browned. 6 servings.

Make this up early in the day and invite friends back for a late evening snack or serve a cozy dinner for two. Just heat, slice and serve.
