CRANBERRY MOLD 
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. red Jello
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. raw ground cranberries
1 sm. orange, ground
1/2 c. broken walnuts

Drain pineapple, reserve syrup. Combine Jello and dissolve sugar in hot water. Add cold water, lemon juice and reserved pineapple syrup. Chill until partially set. Add pineapple and remaining ingredients. Chill in 2 quart mold.
