"SOUPER" EASY QUICHE 
4 eggs
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk or lt. cream
1 c. shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. cooked chopped broccoli, drained OR cooked, chopped spinach, drained
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Ground nutmeg

In medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add soup and cream, mixing well. Sprinkle cheese, meat and vegetable evenly over pie crust. Pour soup mixture over all. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
