SOUPER EASY QUICHE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 c. diced ham or bacon
Ground nutmeg
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. Monterey Jack or Swiss
1/2 c. cooked broccoli
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Beat eggs until foamy. Add soup and cream, mixing well. Sprinkle shredded cheese, meat and broccoli evenly over pie crust. Pour soup mixture over all. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Don't remove from oven until center is set. Let cool at least 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
