BLUE-CHEESE BALL 
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. blue cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. snipped parsley

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together and form into a ball. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
