BLUEBERRY RELISH 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened blueberries, thawed and well drained
1 apple, peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 tsp. lemon juice

In a large saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice; stir until well blended. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Serve with meat or bread. Yield: about 2 cups relish.
