MEXICAN FUDGE 
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 eggs
Sliced Jalapeno peppers
2 tbsp. flour and water (milk)

Sliced Jalapeno peppers can be placed at the bottom of the Pyrex dish or between the cheese or can be placed on top of cheese.

Mix cheese together and put in Pyrex dish. Beat eggs and pour over cheese mixture. Mix thin mixture of flour and water or milk and drizzle over the top of cheese. (This takes the grease out). As above indicated Jalapeno peppers can be put on bottom, middle or top.

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until edges just begin to turn light brown.
