MICROWAVE OMELET 
4 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated cheese

In 8 inch pie dish, place butter. Microwave until melted. In small dish, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into pie dish. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Microwave at 70% power for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 1 more minute. Let stand 2 minutes. Fold omelet in half. Can add crumbled bacon, green onions and chives, sour cream, etc.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
