CHILI (DIABETIC) 
2 c. ground beef, browned & drained
1 (1 lb.) can red beans, not drained
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, cut sm., not drained
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes, crumbed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Cook for 1 hour. Yield: 5 servings.
