COCOA AU LAIT 
3/4 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
6 c. 1% low fat milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. In small bowl, lightly stir whipped topping and cinnamon; refrigerate.

2. In 2 quart glass measuring cup or bowl, combine unsweetened cocoa and sugar. Pour in 1/2 cup milk; stir until mixture forms a smooth paste. Slowly pour in remaining milk, stirring well. Cook, covered, on High 8 to 10 minutes until steaming, stirring once halfway through cooking. Stir in vanilla. Pour into 6 (8 oz.) mugs; top each mug with 2 tablespoons of whipped topping.
