2 lb. round steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. herbed dressing

Pound steak very thin. Spread slightly moist dressing on steak. Roll like jelly roll. Cut in 1 1/2 inch slices. Lay in pan and pour soups over. Bake at 300 degrees for 2-3 hours, until tender.
