CRAB AU GRATIN 
1 can crab meat (claw)
2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

THIN WHITE SAUCE:

1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk

Greased casserole dish, put in layer of crab meat, cover with 1/2 of grated cheese. Add balance of crab meat, balance of cheese and add white sauce. Top with cracker crumbs that have been mixed with some melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
