SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Bob Evans sausage (mild)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts (optional)
Pimentos (optional)

Brown sausage, drain well. Mix all ingredients and place in 8 x 10 inch casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven.
