CURRIED POTATOES 
2-3 lb. potatoes, cubed & boiled (firm but cooked)
2 tbsp. butter
2-3 chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. hot mustard seeds
2 heaped tsp. curry powder
1 1/2-2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic
Cayenne pepper, turmeric

Melt butter and sprinkle mustard seeds into skillet; cook until popping. Add onions, curry powder, chili powder, garlic, cayenne pepper and turmeric. Add potatoes on a high heat for 15 minutes.
