CHICKEN ALPINE 
1 lg. institutional pack Fry Chick, diced
2 c. herb croutons
1 onion, finely diced
4 stalks celery, diced
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese, Swiss is also good
Mayonnaise to moisten
Sour cream to give creamy taste (optional)
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Mix all ingredients together. This is a very versatile filling. May be baked as an entree, used as salad, used for sandwiches, stuffing for crepes, large pasta shells, tartlett shells. Product freezes well.
