CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 lb. whipped cream cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 unbaked graham cracker pie crust
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar

Beat cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Add lemon rind and pour into pie crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Mix sour cream, vanilla and 1 tablespoon sugar together and spread on pie. Bake 5 minutes more. Chill well. Garnish with your favorite fruit or sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
